Galaxy is an open, web-based platform for accessible, reproducible and transparent computational research. The course aims to provide an introduction to the Galaxy platform and how it can be applied to analyse next generation sequencing data.

This course is aimed at beginners in NGS analysis and does not require any coding experience.

Course attendance is limited to 20 participants.
