Relatedness in ants - Use of Microsatellites

Hello,
The method course will be held in English, in the department of zoology and evolutionary biology. 
The course will contain:
* introduction on Relatedness and Microsatellites
* extraction of small ants' DNA (Cardiocondyla elegans
* use of a PCR machine to highlight a targeted part of the DNA
* use of a Prism machine to measure the Microsatellites lengths 
* data analyses (and eventual R coding for relatedness analyses, if requested)
Only the first day would be a full day to attend to, after what the course would only been held over the mornings. 
Because I would want you to join the practice, for time saving and coronavirus' restriction, a maximum of 5 persons can attend the method course.
