Introduction to the statistical analysis of genomic data. Besides the theoretical basics the participants learn the practical handling of real data. Therefore the analysis of genomic data will be demonstrated and practised with the statistical software R.

The course will take place 25.09.2023 - 29.09.2023, lectures from 10:00 - 12:00 at WNDE / DE._2.121 (Biologie).  And exercises from 13 - 17 at CIP-Pool VG (VG 0.09)
