NMR Methods Course

contents:

• NMR lecture 1 (2 hours) covering theory and physics
• Introduction to the spectrometer
• Introduction to recording 1d and 2d experiments
• Performing an NMR titration experiment
• NMR lecture 2 (2 hours) covering applications
• Analysis of NMR data (backbone assignment, binding data)
• NMR journal club, including paper presentations by all participants

As the course is also attended by undergraduate students the main language is German.

The total time of the course is 2.5 days.
