Join us for a two-day workshop and learn how to think, plan, act, and control in a professional work environment. We’ll start with the basics for businesses and companies and the most important everyday concepts. From processes and projects, decision making, and finance resource planning, we’ll go all the way to personal professional development and team management/leadership. Firsthand and unfiltered.

2bind GmbH is a contract research organization and works internationally to support its clients in small molecule drug discovery and antibody development.

Dr. Cosimo Kropp is Co-CEO at 2bind GmbH and responsible for business and strategy. During his doctorate in biophysics/biochemistry, he completed an intensive course in business administration and management at the FernUniversität in Hagen and holds an Executive MBA degree.

Dr. Maximilian Plach is Co-CEO at 2bind GmbH and oversees the operations of the company. Maximilian holds a PhD in biophysics as well as a Master of Business Administration.

The registration is on a first come, first served basis. The registration fee will be payed by the graduate school. In case of a cancellation of participation less than 7 days prior to the start of the course a cancellation fee in the amount of 100 % (250 EUR) of the registration fee will be charged unless a medical note is submitted!
