WIN Workshop: Communicating in Difficult Situations

Difficult situations are simply a part of our personal and professional lives. But, when dealing with situations such as conflicts, or when trying to avoid them, we often become insecure due to a lack of necessary skills. With better background information and a toolbox of skills, you can ensure for more effective communication in these situations.
In this interactive seminar we will develop a toolbox of practical communication techniques and strategies to develop your effectiveness and confidence when communicating in a range of contexts such as small talk, interviews and conflicts.
This workshop is aimed at those who want to be more confident and professional when dealing with difficult situations in their studies or at work – in English. The training focuses on developing a better understanding of where conflicts come from, and developing a range of communicative strategies and techniques.
