A practical workshop on thinking and acting in the (biotech) industry

Trainer: Dr. Maximilian Plach, Dr. Cosimo Kropp

KPI, CDA, NDA, MTA, PO? What is the net present value? What are our key HR features? Is that all business gibberish for you? In the (biotech) industry it’s routine. Join us for a two-day workshop and learn how to think, plan, act, and control in a professional work environment. We’ll start with the basics for businesses and companies and the most important everyday concepts. From processes
and projects, decision making, and finance resource planning, we’ll go all the way to personal professional development and team management/leadership. Firsthand and unfiltered.

Dr. Maximilian Plach is managing director of 2bind GmbH, a drug discovery and bioanalytics CRO in Regensburg. Maximilian holds a PhD in biophysics as well as a Master of Business Administration.

Dr. Cosimo Kropp is Chief Business Officer at 2bind GmbH. During his doctorate in biophysics/biochemistry, he completed an intensive course in business administration and management at the FernUniversität in Hagen and will accomplish an Executive MBA degree in
autumn 2024.

The registration is on a first come, first served basis. The registration fee will be payed by the graduate school. In case of a cancellation of participation less than 7 days prior to the start of the course a cancellation fee in the amount of 100 % (250 EUR) of the registration fee will be charged unless a medical note is submitted!
