Due to the current Covid situation worldwide, more conferences and meetings are taking place online. As it is not always clear whether the conference/meeting can be counted within the RIGeL Curriculum, we tried to define specific requirements for crediting online conferences:
- There should be a clear and defined program.
- There should be a correlation between the own PhD thesis and the topic of the conference/meeting.
- There should be a clear benefit of participation for the own PhD project.
- Participation at least with an e-poster.
- Passive participation can only be counted if you can present proof that active participation was denied!
- A confirmation of participation is obligatory! (Please ask the organizer if you have not received a certificate!)
If you have any questions regarding credit points for online conferences/meetings please contact us: Rigel.School@ur.de.
